- Competition Fee: Required for all participants.
-All Dancers must to be ready 30 minutes before of the competition
- Sadaf Oriental Congress is not responsible for any lost or stolen property.

- Registration: All competitors must fill out a Competitor Registration Form and must to be register for a minimum of 3 Master Teachers workshops
- Music Format: Only MP3 files are accepted.
- Props: Allowed props include that corresponds to folkloric dance (group category) veils and zills; fire and
animals are not allowed.
- Cover Up: Participants must use a cover up before and after their performance.
- Video and Photos: Not allowed during performances; professional videography and photography available
for purchase.
-Fees Policy: Fees are non-refundable; exchanges are not allowed.
- **Disqualification:** Organizers reserve the right to disqualify any competitor who disrupts others or the
event.
